We ship every order over $1000 for free to anywhere within the continental United States, with the exception of shower doors and bar railing products. All orders under $1000 will have a shipping fee between $12.95 and $22.95 depending on the size of your order. You will see your shipping fee during checkout. We ship most orders UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have a shipping rate of $29.95. In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. If your item is not in stock or if we expect shipping to take longer than usual you will receive an email notification immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your product(s).
We do ship to Canada but our shipping fee does not include applicable taxes, duties, or other fees associated with international shipping. Our free shipping offers do not apply to Canadian orders. Canadian shipping costs $49.95. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, the cost of your product(s) will be refunded and the shipping back is on us! If the mistake is yours we will only charge you the minimal shipping cost for our replacement items. Please read about how to return an item and about the terms and conditions of our return policy below:

- To return an item you must call us at 1-800-272-7734 or send us an email to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
- All items returned within 30 days for any reason other than defect or error on our part will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We will not issue any refunds for items returned after 90 days. Replacement shipments are not eligible for our free shipping offer.>
- Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging it was shipped with all accessories included. If it is not, we will not issue any credit.
- All returned items will be inspected upon delivery. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged, lost, improperly packaged, or misdirected and we will not issue any credit on them.
- Any items that were special ordered, installed, custom made, have a split finish or keyed-alike are not returnable. We do not accept any returns on fireplace doors, fireplace screens, brass bar railings, shower doors or address plaques. Any item that is engraved or personalized can not be returned.
- Return shipments received without prior authorization will not be credited. This authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box
- If you request a new item to replace the returned one, shipping charges will apply.

Customers are responsible for verifying their orders are correct and complete upon delivery. A Touch of Brass will not reimburse the cost of rescheduling contractors or installers because of incomplete, incorrect or delayed orders.
