Shipping Information - Standard Ground Shipping
A Touch of Brass is now offering FREE shipping on all orders over $1000! All other orders have will have a shipping cost between $12.95 and $22.95 depending on the size of the order. Free shipping does not apply to shower doors or brass bar railing orders.
All in-stock items purchased on ATouchofBrass.com or over the phone at 1-800-272-7734 will be shipped the Next Business Day! Some items, such as custom fireplaces, handlesets and other custom hardware pieces, will take longer to ship. Free shipping does not apply to Brass Bar railing or shower door orders.
Continental US:
We ship most orders UPS Ground. In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your product(s).
All rescheduled orders will be subject to UPS or FedEx access, interception and rescheduling fees.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have a shipping rate of $49.95.
Canadian Orders:
Shipping costs for Canadian orders is $49.95. These charges cover shipping fees but do not cover any additional taxes or duties.
