Some items, such as custom fireplaces, handlesets and other custom hardware pieces, will take longer to ship. Free shipping does not apply to Brass Bar railing or shower door orders.
Continental US:
We ship most orders UPS Ground. In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your product(s).
Canadian Orders:
Shipping costs for Canadian orders will be calculated during checkout. These charges cover shipping fees but do not cover any additional taxes or duties.
