When you shop at, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If we accidentally send you the wrong item, the cost of your product(s) will be refunded and the shipping back is on us! Please read about how to return an item and about the terms and conditions of our return policy below:

All sales are final on discounted items! We also do not accept returns on fireplace doors, brass bar railing, shower doors, or any custom-made items.

  • To return an item you must send us an email to receive a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to include your name, what your returning and why in your email message. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number.
  • All items returned for any reason other than defect or error on our part will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and must be returned within 30 days. Any item returned after 30 days will be subject to a 30% restock fee. We will not credit any refunds for products returned after 90 days.
  • Returned items must be in the original packaging it was shipped with all accessories included. If it is not, we will not issue any credit.
  • All returned items will be inspected upon delivery. We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged, lost, improperly packaged, or misdirected and we will not issue any credit on them.
  • Any items that were special ordered, installed, custom made, or keyed-alike are not returnable.
  • Return shipments received without prior authorization will not be credited. This authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box
